SUEZ recycling and recovery UK

A deep-dive discussion session to explore, interrogate, and share ideas and interpretations of key issues in the consultations.

Following the submission of responses to the EPR and DRS consultations we are now able to give the consistent collections proposals our full attention having been only given just three weeks to assess Consistency impacts on the other main policy consultations. With a total of eight only weeks given for consistency responses, now is the time to fully digest the priority materials and proposed timetable for change, reflect on how these will work alongside existing services and contracts, and reflect on how these combine with proposals from EPR and DRS. 
In order to aid our customers in fully digesting the detail of this consultation we are hosting an informal and interactive deep-dive, detailed examination of the consistency consultation and its impact on your services and contracts.
This two-hour session aims to help deepen our shared understanding of the proposals and will be formed of three parts. Part one seeks the detail of what will stay and what will change under the new consistency proposals, with part two moving to map these changes and understand the impacts of them. In part three, we apply our findings to understand the impact of timings and transition for implementation, and also review these within the context of EPR and DRS.
This session will provide attendees with a better and fuller understanding of the proposed changes, the context of these changes impacting your services, and provide clarity over the work required to deliver the changes and deploy the expected services.
Workshop participationEach of the virtual, interactive and informal deep-dive discussion sessions are exclusively for customers of SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, and will feature a roundtable style debate with all participants actively engaging in the development of a common understanding and sharing their insights openly. There is an expectation that those registering for any of these deep-dive, roundtable sessions to have read through the consultation documentation, possess a thorough understanding of the industry and are likely to be involved in preparing a consultation response on behalf of their organisation. Participants should expect to join discussions with camera and microphone functionality, which will operate in line with Chatham House Rules.We welcome you to register your interest for this session and appreciate your understanding as spaces are limited and we will aim to ensure a fair representation of all sectors and industries.
